  Galileo coffee company is the kind of place you only dream exists. A cute little coffee shop situated in a converted house with a view of the train tracks and the inlet backing onto a forest...this is the stuff that romantic movies are made of! Inside you get an interesting collection of eclectic decor (see the picture of the table with all of the coins and random assortments) as well as a beautiful in-house (it's a pun see!) Roasting room! The coffee is astounding and no drink we have had here has been bad! The Scottish scone we had was delicious and overall there isn't a better place to get coffee along the whole sea-to-sky highway! I cannot recommend this place enough! The one drawback of Galileo Coffee is that they close to darn early! 3pm!? *sigh* it just means you need to get here early for a special but fleeting treat!

  Cute little coffee shop on the sea to sky highway with delicious pastries and coffee/tea. Excellent for a quick breakfast! The Ohio area is very nice.

  Pretty popular coffee shop and cafeteria. Many people stop here on the way to/from Whistler/Vancouver. My problem with this place is that they are always short on muffins. Either they have a very limited selection (2 or one kind only) or, like today, they have no muffins at all... And I like to have a muffin with my coffee. They have ONLY ONE KIND OF DRIP COFFEE called by their brand name GALILEO which happens to not agree with my taste buds at all.

  A local classic located in a heritage building just outside Brittania beach. The locally roasted coffee is exceptional, as are the baked goods. Worth pulling off the highway for without a doubt.
